Poster Session Instruction

Before the conference:

Poster Guidelines

1) The poster should be 841 mm*1189 mm (A0 Size), in portrait mode only.

2) Mounting material to hang your poster will be provided.

3) Place a heading that runs the full width of the poster at the top in a large-sized type.

4) The poster should be readable from a distance of 1-1.5 meters .

5) Your name, Paper ID, School, or Affiliation should also be displayed on the poster.

Please print your poster in advance!

1. Price

  • Regular: HKD 200 (Before April 15, 2025, AoE）
  • Late: HKD 300 (April 16 to May 15, 2025, AoE)
  • Please note that the Poster Printing Service can be purchased when you complete your registration payment, and all the payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable.

2. Poster Printing File

  You could either upload it at this portal or send it by e-mail to [email protected], with the subject line of “ICDE 2025 Poster Printing file” no later than 23:59 on May 15, 2025 (AoE).

3. Poster Pick-up

If you’ve ordered the Poster Printing Service from ICDE 2025, please pick up your poster at:

  • Time: 13:00-17:00, May 19-23, 2025
  • Venue: Jockey Club Auditorium Foyer, ICDE 2025 Registration Desk
During your poster session:

1. Positioning

  When pasting your poster, pay attention to the assigned location. Do not occupy the space designated for other presenters’ posters. Courtesy and friendliness should be maintained throughout the process.

2. Non-Adhesive Materials

  DO NOT use large-scale adhesive tapes or any adhesive that may leave marks. The conference will provide user-friendly adhesives for your convenience. Feel free to pick it up at Jockey Club Auditorium Foyer, ICDE 2025 Registration Desk.

3. Participation

  Poster is optional. We would recommend you participate to discuss with other delegates that are interested in your work.

After your poster session:

Please remember to remove your poster after your designated poster session concludes.
